Yellowstone Adventures 2022, Day 7

HEADED HOME

We ate breakfast at Three Bear Restaurant just down from our hotel at 8:00. Everything was just down from our hotel if you haven’t figured that out yet.

Love the map I found that shows an overview of the main loop through Yellowstone. We made the loop and covered some of it multiple times. Kenny had been talking about locations in the park like time on a clock. Such as Old Faithful is at 8:00. I finally understood his logic today. Of course it was the last day, but oh well. Better late than never.

BACK TO BOZEMAN

Arrived back at the airport to drop off the van at 10:30. Bummer that I left my sunglasses for the clean up crew apparently. We also left what was left of our case of water bottles and a few snacks.

OOPS

When checking our luggage, Kenny and Becky had to repack/reshuffle to not be over the weight limit. It only took twice to get it right……

We are loaded at 2:30……Layover in Minneapolis with great food at Buffalo Wild Wings and the pictures STOPPED. Jet (the only child/dog at home) was super glad to see us when we arrived back at the house. It was a fantastic trip. I can’t wait until the next BIG ADVENTURE!!!!

I am super proud of my amazing wife and all the work she put into these blog posts. She is correct that pictures can never really display the beauty of God’s creation we call Yellowstone Park. And nothing beats traveling with close friends like the Digbys. Thank you to them for putting up with us and our MTNESTR SELVES!

We hope to go back to Yellowstone someday and soak in more of God’s Creation!
